Who we are

Paradymers [par-uh-dahym-ers] (pl. n.): The dedicated, ambitious group of employees that comprise the Paradyme Team. Paradymers are opposed to words like “good” and “fine” since we know we can achieve “dynamic” and “exemplary.” We are:

  • notorious for engaging collaborative mindsets and devotion to our work
  • highly susceptible to bouts of laughter and a shenanigan or two
  • prone to thinking critically and beyond the box
  • eager to learn new skills and fine-tune our talents

What we believe

We believe that the better we treat our employees, the better the outcomes – for Paradyme and the clients we serve. We believe:

  • that big ideas don’t happen without hard work and an open mind
  • that the chain of respect is more important than the chain of command
  • the smartest ideas can come from the dumbest questions
  • in counting our blessings
  • that being different is more than OK
  • that all work and no play never works

How we behave

The Paradyme Shift Out with the old and in with the new! No more uninspired, drab, unsociable work environments. Enter the dawn of brightly colored workstations, collaborative work space, and to put it simply? Fun. Team building and employee bonding are paramount to the culture at Paradyme, so great strides are taken towards promoting just that. Purposefully, we:

  • say hello in the hallways
  • all make the coffee
  • are helpful and kind
  • are not afraid of change
  • love learning
  • encourage laughter, but never at someone’s expense
  • know that some rules cannot be broken; the rest are negotiable
  • are responsive
  • happy hour together and celebrate milestones and holidays

How we succeed

We embrace change as a healthy part of growth. Paradymers are encouraged to suggest better ways of doing things. We succeed:

  • by fostering curiosity
  • through instilling listening as the best way to start a conversation
  • through steadfast ethical decision making because it’s the only way
  • because we care about the growth and development of our Paradymers, clients, and our community
